An Exciting Experience
Experience an unforgettable adventure by joining one of our groups for a 12-day stay in France and Italy. You’ll gain an intimate knowledge of two historic and cosmopolitan cities—Paris and Florence—while enjoying conducted trips to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Versailles and the Uffizi Museum. The trip will have a special focus on art, and the students will have the opportunity to participate in professionally led art lessons in Florence as well as a workshop at the Louvre Museum.
What to expect on this amazing tour
Students stay in twos or threes with carefully selected host families for their stay, thus immersing themselves in the culture in a way not possible if they stay only in hotels.
Lessons Come to Life
Programs in language and history are specifically tailored to our students’ needs and levels. All students will receive a certificate from an internationally accredited school.

Paris & Florence
Paris, the capital and largest city in France has been one of Europe’s major centers for art, fashion, gastronomy, science, music and commerce since the 17th century. Its 19th-century cityscape is crisscrossed by wide boulevards and the River Seine. Beyond such landmarks as the Eiffel Tower and the 12th-century, Gothic Notre-Dame cathedral, the city is known for its cafe culture and designer boutiques along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
With an illustrious artistic pedigree – Renoir, Rodin, Picasso, Monet, Manet, Dalí and Van Gogh are but a few of the masters who have lived and worked here over the years – Paris is one of the world’s great art repositories, harbouring treasures from antiquity onwards. In addition to the incomparable Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay’s exceptional impressionist collection, and the Centre Pompidou’s cache of modern and contemporary art, scores of smaller museums showcase every imaginable genre and a diverse range of venues mount major exhibitions throughout the year.
Florence is an open-air museum which has become more beautiful over the centuries; a city-size shrine to the Renaissance enclosed by ancient walls that safeguard awe-inspiring masterworks of art and architecture so close that you can almost touch them. The city contains some of the greatest artistic treasures in the world. Its streets are the same ones through which Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo, Machiavelli, Dante – many of the most brilliant minds in human history – threaded their way. But to see the Tuscan capital simply as Europe’s most distinguished city of art would be to ignore not only its role as a spirited and cosmopolitan metropolis, but also to overlook its more unsung charms; Italy’s most visited gardens and its best gelato shops, idyllic walks through its picturesque streets and magnificent piazzas, shopping at its fantastic markets and boutiques, sweeping views over majestic cityscapes, dining experiences that range from historic cafés to the country’s most highly rated restaurants, and the kind of romantic pleasures that somehow only Italy knows how to provide.
A Beautiful Setting
Highlights of what you’ll experience on your 12-day trip to France and Italy
The LouvreThe Louvre is the world’s largest museum and houses one of the most impressive art collections in the world. It is one of Paris’ biggest tourist attractions with a collection including Egyptian antiques, ancient Greek and Roman sculptures, paintings by the Old Masters, and crown jewels and artifacts from French nobles among other things. More than 35,000 works are on display at any given time.
VersaillesThe Palace of Versailles is the former French royal residence and center of government located 16 km southwest of Paris. Now a national landmark, it was the seat of political power in the Kingdom of France from 1682, when King Louis XIV moved the royal court from Paris, until 1789, at the beginning of the French Revolution.
Uffizi MuseumThe Uffizi Museum is one of the largest, most visited and most important museums in the world. It houses a huge collection of priceless works, mostly from the Italian Renaissance period.
